National Citrus Development Center, Tansen, Palpa
The Integrated Agroforestry Research and Development for Climate-Resilient Landscapes in the Mid-Hills of Nepal team extends its sincere appreciation to the National Citrus Development Center, Tansen, Palpa, for its generous contribution of 200 orange plants in support of our first pilot project in Ghetung, Gulmi.
This contribution represents one of the first institutional partnerships supporting the establishment of our integrated agroforestry model, which combines coffee cultivation, citrus production, apiary development, agroforestry research, and climate-resilient land management.
The donated orange plants will become part of the foundation of our 44 Ropani pilot farm and will contribute to long-term income generation, biodiversity enhancement, and sustainable agricultural development in Nepal's mid-hills.
We are grateful for the confidence and support provided by the National Citrus Development Center and look forward to demonstrating the positive impact that collaborative partnerships can create for rural communities and sustainable landscapes.
